Regulated and unregulated support
Some of our services, including companionship, housekeeping, errands, and sitting support, are non-regulated and do not require registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Services that involve regulated activities, such as personal care, can only be provided where appropriate CQC authorisation is in place. Firmly Care delivers only those regulated services for which we are authorised and, where additional specialist support is needed, we work closely with trusted CQC-regulated partners to ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality care.
