Domiciliary Care Assistant (Community Care)

Location: Essex (including Braintree and surrounding areas)
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Summary: Support clients at home with personal care, daily living tasks, companionship and wellbeing support.
Key requirements: Right to work in the UK, enhanced DBS (or willingness), driver with own car preferred for community runs.

Live-in Carer

Location: Essex
Type: Live-in placements
Summary: Provide consistent daily support and companionship in the client’s home.
Key requirements: Previous care experience helpful, strong communication, respectful and professional approach.

Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader (as available)

Location: Essex
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Summary: Provide hands-on care, support new carers and help maintain service quality.
Key requirements: Care experience essential, confident with documentation and care standards.

What the work involves

Depending on the role, you may support with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Meal preparation and hydration support
  • Mobility support and safe movement
  • Medication prompts (where appropriate and trained)
  • Light housekeeping to keep the home safe and comfortable
  • Companionship and social support
  • Accurate care notes using our digital care system
